Cuscaden Reserve To Preview In Q3 2019

At 117 metres tall, the 192-unit project at 8 Cuscaden Road features one-, two- and three-bedroom units, with majority of the units having private lift lobby access to the apartment.

It is situated beside the upcoming Orchard Boulevard MRT Station, across the road from the Regent Hotel. The District 10 project is also near over ten Michelin restaurants, shopping boutiques and lifestyle amenities.

Cuscaden Reserve is expected to attract “both Singapore and international buyers looking for a luxury pied-à-terre in a prestigious address”. In fact, SC Global is working with New World Development “on the concept built on the developers’ passion for the Bauhaus-styled approach that unifies art, craftsmanship and architecture”.

The developers won the tender for the 99-year leasehold site, after they submitted a joint bid of $410 million or $2,377 per sq ft per plot ratio in April 2018.
